FORME SPECIAL EDITION
2nd DAIRY CULTURE AND CIVILIZATION FORUM
A moment of dialogue to formulate proposals and combine competencies together. This would highlight the strategic importance of the distribution, along with business alliances between the production sector and consumer relations.
THINK CHEESE CONGRESS, CONFERENCES AND WORKSHOP
The program includes a big congress dedicated to the development of the cheese’s role inside the catering and gastronomy chain, a conference focused on the European proposal for the geographical indications (Dop and Igp) and a series of meetings regarding current issues.
NATIONAL DAIRY CONTESTS
The Think Cheese congress represents the opportunity to launch the 4 national dairy contests:
“Formaggi d’aMARE”, “Pasta & Caci”, “FOR-ME Pizza” and “ Stupore ed Emozione”.
During the exhibition there will be the proclamation of the Nomination for the finals in October which will take place in Bergamo on the 22nd and the 23rd during the “FORME INFINITE” event.
Cheese Lovers Night
A special moment, on invitation, dedicated to the business operators and all the stakeholders, to develop relations in a more informal and funny environment.
The location is the Spazio FASE, the ex Paolo Pigna’s paper factory in Alzano Lombardo (BG), one of the most fascinating examples of Italian architecture.
