B2Cheese hosts the grand finale of the second edition of the "Gran Premio del Formaggiaio", a competition created to celebrate the art of Italian cheese, organized by the Italian chapter of the Guilde Internationale des Fromagers. The winner of the competition will represent Italy at the Mondial du Fromage in Tours, France, for the title of Best Cheesemonger in the World.
